• Black Cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa) - This herb provides both uterine stimulant and uterine antispasmodic effects. This combination supports an effective labour pattern.
• Blue Cohosh (Caulophyllum thalictroides) -This herb is of particular use when labour is irregular, ineffective, lengthy and/or difficult due to exhaustion or fatigue. It has similar actions to Black Cohosh and is often used in combination.
• Raspberry Leaf (Rubus idaeus) -The classic uterine tonic provides synergistic support to the other herbs in the formula.
